Communication guidelines

Posters

Posters should be printed :

on A0 paper (84 cm * 118 cm)
in portrait orientation

Your poster will be displayed during one whole day in the course of the conference.

Oral presentations

Oral presentations will last about 30 minutes (20 minutes of presentation, followed by 10 minutes of discussion).
In each room you will have at your disposal :

an MS Windows operated computer
linked to a videoprojector
an overhead projector

Please make sure to let us know any special request (installation of special software, use of an alternative operating system, installation of personal fonts, etc...) as soon as possible, so as to allow us to treat them in due time.
